Delivery
Orders are processed immediately. Orders will normally be sent within the date displayed as you place items in your cart.
Backordered
Unfortunately, some items may be on back order. We will notify you within 4-5 business days if an item you wished to purchase is on back order. We will automatically backorder the item unless you would rather cancel the order.
Tax
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped within Florida. All other shipping areas are tax free.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days. All OEM parts returns must be postmarked no later than 15 days. All returns and exchanges must include the original packaging, instructions, and all components must be in new condition. Shipping costs are not refundable. Restocking fees may apply for accessories and will not exceed 25%. The restocking fee and any outogoing shipping fees will be deducted from the original purchase amount.
Defective Items
Defective Merchandise must be returned to it's respected manufacturer. You will need a Return Authorization. This may be obtained from our customer service department. You can reach our representatives via email or phone. Our business hours are 9:00am - 6:00pm from Tuesday through Saturday.
